How do I become a member?+
Contact the SACCO for current eligibility, share capital and joining costs. Prepare identification and contact details; the SACCO confirms the final document list.
Can I open an account on this website?+
This website helps you prepare. Account opening requires identity checks and acceptance by the SACCO. No account is opened here.
What are the fees and loan rates?+
Ask the SACCO for its approved, dated tariff. Ask about interest, all other charges, security and the repayment schedule before signing. Unverified SACCO rates are not displayed here.
How do I prepare for a loan discussion?+
Write down the purpose, cost, your own contribution and intended repayment source. Prepare income and expense records. The SACCO sets requirements and makes the lending decision.
Should I share my PIN or one-time code?+
No. Do not share your PIN, password or one-time code. Stop responding to suspicious messages and contact the SACCO through a channel you trust.
What if something is wrong with my account?+
Contact the SACCO promptly through an established channel. Do not enter account numbers, ID copies or secrets in this form. This website cannot freeze an account or stop a transaction.
Is my question sent automatically?+
No. It stays in this page until you close or reload it. You may download it or open it in your email app. You press Send in your email app yourself.
Can I track my application here?+
This website is not connected to SACCO applications. Ask staff for a reference and the follow-up process. Downloading a draft here does not create an application reference.
How can I raise a complaint?+
Record what happened, the date and the outcome you seek. Give it to the SACCO and retain a copy and acknowledgement. Ask about the response time and escalation process if unresolved.
Can I pay or deposit money here?+
No. This website does not collect money. Use only deposit and payment channels confirmed with the SACCO. Our calculators are planning tools only.
